Here at PCMS Computers, ALL of our merchandise and services comes with a 30-DAY repair/replacement warrantee.  Except, of course, in the case of customer misuse/abuse and in the event of virus attack.  We will implement software repairs by 'remote assistance' in most instances.  However, shoud PCMS Computers' staff make the decision for you to return your merchandise, we will cover 50% of the shipping expenses incurred.
